Likely the best in class app out there
But can still be better.. Its not immersive yet. 1. Make sure that some kind of light background music is always playing _all_ the time. 2. Stay away from intro music that kids would not remember and thus will not sing it. For instance, the ABC song has a rhyme.. How to find a kids-friendly low complexity rhyme is important. 3. Delay between tapping until the name is pronounced; make sure response time between tapping and visual or audio responses is instant. Kids dont like delay. 4. The audio snippets of objects can be improved, make the sounds clearer and search for better quality ones. 5. Add some light animation to the home screen, and to each letter screen. If the user is not interacting, the screen should stay alive.. Anything static is not kids friendly. Note: animations should be light with nuances, not complex; its for preschoolers not teens. I suggest to look for the best alphabet app out there with the highest ratings and reviews and get further design insights from it. Most importantly, embed app analytics like flurry to know your users interactions and engagements, and iterate. Good work and keep it up!
